When I am a teenager...
One day not too long ago I said to Maddie, "Oh darling, one day when you are a teenager you probably won't want to hang out with Mommy so much, it will be OK, but I just want to spend so much time with you now!"
Maddie pondered this for a minute and then said, "Oh Mommy, when I'm a teenager I will want to play with you!"

Oh yes, you should definitely remind her of this when she is a teenager and telling you you're not cool enough to hang out with or that she hates you. We have some fun years coming up!
