I've been a real slacker lately in practicing yoga. Getting to a class is nearly impossible, but there's nothing really stopping me from practicing yoga at home! So finally last night I decided to get back to it. I am getting close to the BIG day and I want my mind and body to be as ready as they can be for birthing day!
All I really wanted to say was that I am sore today. Not in the places I thought I would be (i.e., hamstrings) but mostly in my groin! Yikes! It's a good thing I am getting back to it now, seems like I really need it!
