It's the weekend!

This last week has resulted in me trying to find my happy place and staying there...TGIF!!! Both kids have fought naps, not napped long enough and as a result been whiny, tired and cranky. Well, the end result is one very tired and cranky mommy with little patience...sigh...That's not to say we haven't had good times too (re-enacting The Little Mermaid, making muffins and playing hide and seek, to name a few) but for some reason, overall, we have all been a bit crankier than usual.

Thank goodness they are cute. And it's nice they say they love me, Maddie with words and hugs and kisses, and Isaac with smiles and coos and gurgles. Sure makes it worth it...
